Instructions for image submissions:

1. Please download the Image Contribution Form and <Save> it to your computer.

2. Use one form for each image submitted.  Multiple images cannot be submitted from a single form.

3. Fill out the form completely.  Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

4. Attach the completed form and the image file to an e-mail.

5. Send the completed e-mail with the attachments to AWG Editors.
