Description: This in situ view at autopsy, demonstrates the normal relationship of the heart and lungs within the chest.  The apex of the heart points to the left and the pericardial sac is intact.  There is a pneumopericardium, the pericardial sac distended with air.  The right atrial margin of the heart is marked with yellow dots and the apex of the heart with red dots.
