Description:  The right atrium has been windowed to demonstrate a secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) in the floor of the oval fossa. There are two separate holes. Note the discordant atrioventricular connection. (SCV-superior caval vein, EV-Eustachian valve, CS-coronary sinus, mLV-morphologically left ventricle)
